Introduction︰

Mindfulness practice is highly helpful to counsellors in developing therapeutic qualities such as presence, compassion, acceptance, equanimity, and avoiding burnout. Mindfulness-based interventions also help our clients to become experts on their own lives and unfold their wisdom in coping with stress and difficulties.

Aims of this workshop:

This training programme is designed to enable you to incorporate mindfulness into your counselling practice and particularly in helping clients with depression or anxiety problems.

Training Format:

Through active participation in mindfulness practices, case study, role play, group sharing and discussion.

Target︰Social Workers, Counselors, Clinical Psychologists and other helping                                             professionals

Certificate︰Participants with 80% or above attendance would be granted certificates

Fee︰$1,800 for each person (Two persons enrolling together/ Caritas Staff)
